Not only was his work top-notch, but he also went above and beyond by providing helpful tips for maintenance moving forward. Ian from Poms Plumbing didn’t just fix our booster pump, he exceeded our expectations! Ian handled everything, from ordering the new pump right through installation, making it a hassle-free experience for us. He showed up when scheduled and got straight into his expertly efficient work style without any interruption of our day or disruption of our routine whatsoever. I cannot recommend Poms Plumbing enough! Our hot water tank split which could have been stressful if not addressed immediately – but not when we contacted Ian. This man arrived within hours with an entirely new tank in tow ready for same-day installation which caused minimum inconvenience while providing maximum quality service that wont break your bank balance or cause extra stress on your mind as prompt assistance are often needed during emergencies like this.
