Here at 3DC we aim to provide a bespoke design to all our Clients using the latest in Construction and Design technologies. We have gained invaluable knowledge working in a number of different sectors in a number of countries for over 12 years. We believe we can bring the design and construction techniques and innovations learned in large scale developments to the small commercial and domestic scale resulting in cost and time savings and overall better designs. A large part of our vision is the use of BIM or 3D modelling which we believe can be done at no extra cost compared to traditional design techniques and will result in savings and efficiencies and a better design understanding by all involved. We realise the benefits of collaboration and knowledge sharing so we work closely with Architects, Energy Engineers and Quantity Surveyors to deliver top quality designs.
