While senior staff at Bunclody Electrical offer good ideas, customer service and even value for money, what you agree with them does not seem to be passed on to the staff who come on site to do the job; while I had every faith in what we agreed and signed off on with a senior member or staff, the actual workmanship and requirements agreed were miles apart; what a shame when staff let you down 'cos I'm sure this company could be very successful if only they trained and checked what junior staff did
