We only show firms with at least five decided applications, so a rate is never based on one or two decisions. Approval rate reflects how councils ruled on filed applications — it isn’t a quality judgement (a high-risk heritage scheme is harder to get through than a simple porch). Always confirm credentials and references before you hire. Coverage is strongest across London.
